Lisa W. McNair, CPA

Lisa McNair has over 26 years of professional experience. She’s a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs.

Lisa received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Georgetown College, Summa Cum Laude, and received Academic Honors from the Financial Executive Institute.

She advises a diverse range of tax clients, but focuses primarily on family investment partnerships, trusts, philanthropic foundations, and high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Lisa’s passion and expertise enable her to guide clients through intricate partnership allocations, partner and partnership basis maximization analyses, and complex partnership and individual income tax compliance and advisory matters. She also has extensive experience working with closely held businesses, hedge fund compliance and reporting, and charitable planning.

Lisa is an active volunteer at Westport Road Baptist Church. She enjoys running and spending time with family and friends. Accounting is in Lisa’s blood: she comes from a family of CPAs including her grandfather, uncle, and cousin. Her grandfather became a CPA the same month that Lisa’s mother was born.
